Warnings
Has bleach in it so do not mix with Foamy (which has ammonia in it)
Do not let it drip onto carpets or rugs as it will ruin them - we've replaced entire bedrooms of carpet (costing thousands) because of kits and bottles that had bleach on bottom and were set on soft flooring (aka carpet)
Always make sure it's in the OFF position so it doesn't spray a duvet or other surface.

Removes mildew like magic
Spray bathtub/shower mildew and walk away. Come back, hit it again and let sit. Repeat, if needed, until it disappears.
Can remove urine smell in toilets
